Troy Dirt Inc is a San Diego based Dirt company having done business throughout our fine city for the past 17 years. I am constantly in the market for and looking for places ( Sites ) to get rid of Clean Fill Dirt from  the Border of Chula Vista up through the Oceanside area we have dirt available for delivery on a regular basis. In order to be a candidate for delivery you must meet these requirements. Have adequate access for a 10 wheel and Super 10 dumptruck with no tricky sloping yards or tight side to side access ( Including Steep Driveways ) Any Driveway access deliveries will require you to sign a damage release waiver and  overhead obstructions of ANY kind! You must be able to accept NO LESS than 50 yards of material that is 5 truckloads at 1 time and not be limited on space for stacking loads. You must be able to be contacted to make arrangements for delivery and go over specific instructions in most cases it is the day before delivery.When responding on my site you MUST include Name, Phone Number, Address where dirt is to be delivered plus a cross street for map reference, and a quantity that you are willing to take the minimum is 5 loads but more often than not we have 10 to 15 loads depending on the project. When I have dirt in your area I will contact you describe the material that is available and go over particulars of delivery.
